The Challenge

To understand the requirements and bring St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School fully up to date with a bespoke LED solution based on findings from our free site survey. Each project we undertake is different, here at WN1 we understand the necessity to question the ‘why’ to get the very best solutions for our customers.

  • Assist the school with the SALIX application
  • Audit, scoping and project manage the lighting design and renewal work
  • Manage all sub-contractors involved throughout, from start on site to full completion
  • Ensure a warranty is provided for all LED lighting units that are installed

The Solution

St Patrick’s wished to appoint WN1 Sustainability as their provider for the work through Bloom Procurement on a direct award basis. WN1 first started by carrying out a free lighting audit of the St Patrick’s complex and produced a design for the new lighting requirements.

The School governors determined that significant cost savings would be made by replacing all their lighting with modern, energy efficient LED lighting. It was more than worth the investment and decided to go ahead with the designs provided.

St Patrick's Catholic Primary School identified significant cost savings through upgrading to energy-efficient LED lighting, funded via a SALIX loan. WN1 conducted a full lighting audit, produced a design and costings at their own risk, and assisted with the SALIX loan application
