Commercial charging points that are designed to be robust and reliable

EV Charging

From a single workplace charger to estate-scale rollouts, designed and installed under one accountable team. Funded delivery. Framework-compliant. OZEV routes managed in-house.

Service Overview

What an EV Charging Project Covers

From electrical survey through to usage monitoring, all under one accountable team.

Workplace

Workplace Charging

Staff and fleet charging. Single bay through to whole-car-park rollouts. AC and DC options. Back-office management for usage reporting.

Estate Scale

Commercial and Estate-Scale Charging

Multi-site rollouts across retail estates, leisure portfolios, and industrial parks. One spec, one project team, central reporting.

Grid & Infrastructure

Grid Capacity and Infrastructure

Site electrical survey, load assessment, DNO liaison. Smart load management where capacity is the constraint.

For Schools

EV Charging for Schools and Multi-Academy Trusts

Schools install EV charging for three reasons: staff demand, visitor expectation, and alignment with sustainability reporting.

The OZEV workplace charging grant covers a large share of the cost. Funded delivery covers the rest. Installation is scheduled around the school year.

We manage the OZEV application in-house so the grant lands cleanly and the install dates do not slip. We are a fully approved supplier on NEPRO3 (via Bloom), Constellia, and via Crown Commercial Services for direct award procurement.

For Business

EV Charging for Commercial and Industrial Estates

Portfolios of sites, fleet conversion programmes, ESG-aligned investment plans, and customer-facing charging at retail and leisure locations.

Portfolio-Level Design

One specification, one supplier, one project team, one reporting line across your full estate.

Sequenced to Your Plan

Site-by-site delivery scheduled to your roll-out plan rather than to the installer's calendar.

What our clients say about us

Real results from organisations across education, healthcare, and industry.

Get Started

Sullivan Way Surgery has worked with WN1 on LED lighting, fire protection, emergency lighting, and compliance services. The team are professional, responsive, and reliable, delivering high-quality work with minimal disruption. WN1 are knowledgeable and proactive in maintaining compliance and keeping facilities safe. We would happily recommend them to other healthcare organisations

Since commissioning WN1 for high-quality LED fittings at no upfront cost, Vantage has seen a significant improvement in its lighting system. The upgrade enhances focus and productivity while lowering energy costs and reducing emissions in line with our eco strategy.

Terence Johnson
Estate Manager

St Patrick's Catholic Primary School identified significant cost savings through upgrading to energy-efficient LED lighting, funded via a SALIX loan. WN1 conducted a full lighting audit, produced a design and costings at their own risk, and assisted with the SALIX loan application

Hayden Walsh
Business Manager

I have already recommended WN1 to several schools and academies, confident they deliver the first-class service we received. Before switching to LED, we constantly replaced costly fluorescent lamps. The new LED lighting has been a revelation, saving both maintenance time and the cost of replacing multiple fittings.

Adam Whalley
Estates Manager

The work was completed over two days during half term with no disruption to school, delivered as quoted using quality fittings. Post-completion communication was excellent, ensuring we were completely happy.

Clare Sant
School Business Manager

Working with WN1 has been an absolute pleasure. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and on-time delivery are truly impressive. The process was affordable and well managed, with the team consistently going above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend WN1 for a reliable, high-quality LED replacement service.

Phil Mclean
Estates and Facilities Manager

WN1 recently completed an outstanding LED lighting installation at Manor Hall Academy Trust. From the outset, they displayed impressive professionalism and commitment. Their account management team, led by Jon Leggott, stood out for their honesty, passion for energy savings, and willingness to go the extra mile

Kate Staples
COO

The service was excellent, Jon attended a governors' meeting to explain the Salix Scheme, queries were responded to swiftly, the timeline was adhered to, and the end result was as promised. I wouldn't hesitate to use WN1 again

School Business Manager

How long does an assessment take?

Every project starts with a free site survey, covering your fittings, energy consumption, and hours of operation. From that we build your saving model and installation plan before you commit to anything. Timing depends on the size of your site, and we'll confirm a date when you book your free audit.

What’s the typical payback period?

There isn't one to wait for. Sustainable Estates Programme means zero up front cost, so you're not recovering capital, you're paying through the saving the project generates. For LED, savings start the day the new fittings are commissioned. For solar, they appear from your first full billing cycle. We model your specific numbers in the free audit, so you see them before you sign.

Do solutions disrupt daily operations?

No. We schedule around your operation, not the other way round. For schools, that's evenings, weekends, and half-terms. For commercial estates, we phase delivery site by site. For NHS and manufacturing sites, we work around clinical or production schedules.

Which sectors do you work with?

Four: Education, Commercial, NHS, and Manufacturing & Industrial. Each has its own procurement route and operational rhythm, and we deliver to fit it.

Ready to start your sustainability journey?

Let's talk about what's possible for your organisation. Our team is ready to listen and advise.
