WN1 Sustainability Approved Supplier on the Everything Estates Framework

Published on
25 Jun 2026

WN1 Sustainability is now an approved supplier on the Everything Estates framework, giving schools, NHS trusts, local authorities and other public sector organisations a fast, compliant route to commission LED lighting, solar PV, EV charging and M&E work without running a full tender.

Everything Estates is a procurement framework built for the public sector, devolved administrations and third sector bodies. It was established by Hornchurch Academy Trust and is operated by Place Group Limited, which has more than 25 years’ experience supporting innovation and social value in public sector procurement.

By being accepted onto the framework, WN1 Sustainability has already demonstrated the know-how, experience, business processes and financial standing needed to deliver public sector contracts. That is on top of our ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification, and our existing place on NEPRO3 (via Bloom Procurement Services), Constellia and Crown Commercial Services (CCS). Everything Estates adds another compliant route to the list.

What This Means For Buyers

Organisations using Everything Estates have two options. They can directly appoint WN1 Sustainability for their next project, or run a short mini-competition if they want to compare suppliers first. Either route is quicker than an open tender, and both carry the compliance and social value scrutiny that public sector buyers need to evidence.

The framework covers a broad range of estates services. For WN1 Sustainability, that means LED lighting upgrades, solar PV installation, EV charging infrastructure and M&E work, delivered under our Sustainable Estates Programme funded-delivery model. Projects can be funded so that the energy saving pays for the work, which removes the upfront cost question that stalls a lot of estates decisions.

Everything Estates also runs regular benchmarking exercises across its supply chain, so buyers can be confident they are getting a competitive price without having to run their own market comparison first.

“Everything Estates gives our public sector clients control. They can move straight to a supplier they trust, without the time and cost of a full tender, and still evidence the compliance their organisation needs.” — Jon Leggett, Operations Director, WN1 Sustainability
